Technology

Proprietary anchoring and ring delivery technology

Delivered using a transseptal approach to the mitral annulus, VALFIX converts open-heart valve surgery to a transcatheter procedure. Following suture and anchor deployment, the VALFIX ring is delivered over the sutures onto the annulus to reduce the annulus size and eliminate the regurgitation.
